Community Camp for Palestine. Nine Elms Gathering – 13 December 2025

We gathered with the community at the Community Camp Nine Elms, for an evening rooted in love, resistance, and collective care.

Together, we raised awareness about domestic abuse as a lived experience, while honouring the life and loss of Haya Murtaja during the war in Gaza. A short film created for the evening was screened as a tribute, holding space for grief, truth, and remembrance.

Artists and poets joined throughout the night, offering words, art, and presence. The space was filled with community food, shared stories, and deep connection, reminding us of the power of coming together.

The evening also raised funds for the Forgotten Women charity, supporting women whose voices are too often unheard.

This was a night of solidarity, resistance, and love.
